In other news... I'm rather anti-social lately anyway. I've been addicted to Facebook apps and, of course, Kingdom of Loathing. And working 30+ hours a week at Netflix actually tuckers me out, so usually, if/when I go online I just do my playing things and then get offline and go to bed. (Or watch some of the discs we get from Netflix. As we 16 at a time. Mwahahahha.)
Tomorrow I'm going to a dinner and fun thing with some local lesbians. I'm taking my mom too, as the place we will be going to has skee-ball, and she looooves skee-ball. :D
I have a checking account! My first real one ever. The first one I had was in college, and that wasn't my money for the most part. This one is ALL my money. It's really cool. It's with Arvest. They're only in four states, but I <3 them. The branch that was in one town was seriously a mobile home. I kid you not. And my branch (a several storied building, thank you) has a old fashioned popcorn trolley in the lobby, where you can pick up a bag of free popcorn. <3!!!
For you Star Trek, Heroes, and Battlestar Galactica fans (and general SF fans), you may want to keep an eye on Tulsa's Star Trek Expo's guest list. Nichelle Nichols, Walter Koenig, Zaquary Quinto, Michelle Forbes, etc. are confirmed so far. :)
